Sorry about that.  I'm trying to make sure I do the right thing but
too much time on a list with "dont drop cc's" policy is a bad habit to
break and sometimes I forget.

Wouldn't "C users at lists.claws-mail.org" do?  On my 3.8.0 system it
says this means "either to: or cc:"

Or perhaps you can use the "X-BeenThere: users at lists.claws-mail.org"
header somehow?
