I tested the various themes listed above, no problems with any. Each of you
with the problem is listing GTK+ 2.20.1 / GLib 2.24.2. I guess you are also all
using libcairo 1.8.10.

Here I've got
GTK+ 2.24.6
GLib 2.30.0
Cairo 1.10.2
and everything is sweet.
