[Users] Focus problem (#1963 resurfacing?)

Hi

I have discovered a problem with mouse focus - Selecting

Configuration -> Edit Accounts

Press Edit button

Select Templates menu item in the dialog

Press the "Information" button - a window "Description of Symbols"
appears

When closing that window that appears (getting back to the "Account
preferences" dialog) - that dialog doesn't react to any mouse presses.

(It seems like the "Edit accounts" dialog gets the mouse focus even if
it isn't on top , because if I close that dialog, the Account
preferences gets active again.)

Is this #1963?

This is on Debian Stable, Claws latest CVS, 3.8.0cvs27.
