As I've mentioned that "only a tiny piece of the backtrace is in Claws Mail's
code", I've tried to search for open/closed glib2 bugs. Found this old one:

  crash in ekiga 3.2.6 in closure_invoke_notifiers

It crashed one line later, but a comment said:
