  Debian users already know the Debian bugs are on Debian BTS, not need to
  annoy the non-debian users here. If its a more general bug it should be
  opened on the bugzilla, which is where Debian bugs are forwarded when
  they're not specific to Debian, and where the users search for them, but
  not on the list.
