I would like to see support for sieve scripts in claws mail, no matter if built
in or as plugin.

Things that would be needed:
* for account preferences when set protocol to 'IMAP4': enable sieve support,
server address and port, authentication
* in 'tools' or 'configuration' for accounts that have enabled sieve support:
create, enable, disable and edit sieve script
