Addition of <blockquote> display when rendering HTML as text.

At present, <blockquote> tags are not interpreted when HTML is rendered as
text. That makes quoted text impossible to distinguish from current text in
HTML messages (such as RSS comments).

This patch inserts '>' quotation marks at the beginning of lines that belong to
a <blockquote>, so that the displayed message looks like plain text with
standard quotes.
