Correct. I am not curtain about mailman's handling of added extra text
to messages regarding character sets but I will assume that text must
be added using the specified content-type for the original mail. If, on
the other hand extra text is added according to a Mime-formatted mail
each part constituting the hole mail can have separate character sets
(Assumption: I remember correct :-)
