[Users] PGP/Inline notice charset

Hi,

i recently received PGP/Inline encrypted message and the PGP/Inline notice
is wrong displayed (see screenshot http://troll.ws/i/iqKue4.png).

Now i ma wondering, if this is mistake in CM (slovak, sk) translation, or
the problem is related to message charset:

 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-15

where is mixed the ISO-8859-15 (from message) and UTF-8 (from translation)
or something other.

Please, can someone decide it?
