I ask everyone who is planning to send an update to confirm it, as
you know. If I don't receive an update from those who have confirmed
then I know to, first, check the spam and unsure folders, and then,
failing that, enquire directly.

Everyone is failable, so if you don't trust this process you can
request that I confirm the reception - at least one translator does
this already.
