[Translators] Translation notes

Ahoj,

this update was light ans straightforward and i enjoyed it!

While updating/translating for the new release, i got these things,
which can be improved in the future:

+ the copyright notice is here twice (Copyright (C) 1999-2016\nThe
  Claws Mail Team\n and Hiroyuki Yamamoto), once with and once without
  blank lines on the front
+ some time ago the SSL was deprecated, but here is SSL still
  mentioned, eg. "SSL error"
+ there are more strings which starts with blank lines, which can be
  moved out from the translation
