Hello Andreas,

I believe that's because those header names are stored in your configuration
(~/.claws-mail/dispheaderrc, I think), so they will remain in language you had
active when you first ran Claws Mail.

I can't remember how to "fix" this when you change your language, except for
nuking your ~/.claws-mail altogether. Anyone?
